1. Cancelling a booking1. बुकिंग रद्द करना

You may cancel a confirmed booking by telephone or WhatsApp using the contact details below. Please tell us as early as you can, because samagri is often purchased and the pandit's time reserved in advance.आप पुष्ट बुकिंग को नीचे दिए संपर्क विवरण द्वारा टेलीफोन या व्हाट्सएप से रद्द कर सकते हैं। कृपया यथाशीघ्र सूचित करें, क्योंकि सामग्री प्रायः पहले ही खरीद ली जाती है तथा पंडित जी का समय आरक्षित कर लिया जाता है।

Notice periodsसूचना अवधि

• More than 72 hours before the scheduled puja — full refund of any dakshina paid, less any samagri or special offerings already purchased for your ritual.निर्धारित पूजा से 72 घंटे से अधिक पूर्व — दी गई दक्षिणा का पूर्ण रिफंड, आपके अनुष्ठान हेतु पहले से खरीदी गई सामग्री अथवा विशेष अर्पण की राशि घटाकर।
• 24 to 72 hours before — partial refund, after deducting samagri already purchased and arrangements already made.24 से 72 घंटे पूर्व — पहले से खरीदी गई सामग्री एवं की जा चुकी व्यवस्थाओं की कटौती के बाद आंशिक रिफंड।
• Less than 24 hours before, or after the ritual has begun — a refund is not normally possible, as the samagri, muhurat and pandit's time have been committed.24 घंटे से कम पूर्व, अथवा अनुष्ठान आरंभ होने के पश्चात — सामान्यतः रिफंड संभव नहीं है, क्योंकि सामग्री, मुहूर्त एवं पंडित जी का समय निर्धारित हो चुका होता है।

2. Rescheduling instead of cancelling2. रद्द करने के स्थान पर पुनर्निर्धारण

In most cases we would rather move your puja than cancel it. If you need a different date, tell us and we will suggest the next suitable muhurat at no additional dakshina, provided the samagri is still usable. Rescheduling is usually the better option for both of us.अधिकांश स्थितियों में हम पूजा रद्द करने के स्थान पर उसे आगे बढ़ाना उचित समझते हैं। यदि आपको दूसरी तिथि चाहिए, तो हमें बताएँ; सामग्री उपयोग योग्य होने पर हम बिना अतिरिक्त दक्षिणा के अगला उपयुक्त मुहूर्त सुझा देंगे। पुनर्निर्धारण प्रायः दोनों पक्षों हेतु बेहतर विकल्प है।

3. If we cannot perform the puja3. यदि हम पूजा सम्पन्न न करा सकें

If we have to cancel — because of illness, a temple or ghat closure, an administrative restriction, a natural event or any other reason on our side — you may choose either:यदि हमें रद्द करना पड़े — बीमारी, मंदिर या घाट की बंदी, प्रशासनिक प्रतिबंध, प्राकृतिक घटना अथवा हमारी ओर के किसी अन्य कारण से — तो आप इनमें से चुन सकते हैं:

• A new date at no extra dakshina, orबिना अतिरिक्त दक्षिणा के नई तिथि, अथवा
• A full refund of everything you have paid.आपके द्वारा दी गई पूरी राशि का पूर्ण रिफंड।

4. What is not refundable4. क्या वापस नहीं होता

• Samagri, flowers, special offerings or items already purchased for your specific ritualआपके विशिष्ट अनुष्ठान हेतु पहले से खरीदी गई सामग्री, पुष्प, विशेष अर्पण अथवा वस्तुएँ
• Courier charges where prasad has already been dispatchedप्रसाद भेजे जा चुकने पर कूरियर शुल्क
• Any temple, ghat or third-party fee already paid on your behalf and not returnable to usआपकी ओर से चुकाया गया कोई मंदिर, घाट अथवा तृतीय-पक्ष शुल्क जो हमें वापस न मिलता हो
• Your own travel or accommodation costs, which are arranged by you directlyआपके स्वयं के यात्रा अथवा आवास व्यय, जिनकी व्यवस्था आप सीधे करते हैं
• A completed ritual, on the ground that the outcome you hoped for has not occurred — please see our Disclaimerसम्पन्न हो चुका अनुष्ठान, इस आधार पर कि अपेक्षित परिणाम नहीं मिला — कृपया हमारा अस्वीकरण देखें

5. How refunds are made5. रिफंड किस प्रकार किया जाता है

Approved refunds are returned by the same method you used to pay, to the same account or number. Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund.स्वीकृत रिफंड उसी माध्यम से, उसी खाते अथवा नंबर पर वापस किया जाता है जिससे आपने भुगतान किया था। राशि दिखने में आपके बैंक के अनुसार 7 से 10 कार्यदिवस तक लग सकते हैं। रिफंड संसाधित करने का हम कोई शुल्क नहीं लेते।

6. How to request a cancellation or refund6. रद्दीकरण अथवा रिफंड का अनुरोध कैसे करें

Call or WhatsApp us with your name, the puja booked and the scheduled date. We will confirm the position and, where a refund is due, tell you the amount and when to expect it.अपना नाम, बुक की गई पूजा एवं निर्धारित तिथि के साथ हमें कॉल या व्हाट्सएप करें। हम स्थिति की पुष्टि करेंगे तथा जहाँ रिफंड बनता हो, वहाँ राशि एवं अपेक्षित समय बता देंगे।
