If you go on to book a puja, we will additionally ask for the details required for the sankalp — such as your gotra, the names of family members taking part, and birth details where the ritual requires them. These are used only to perform the ritual correctly. यदि आप पूजा बुक करते हैं, तो संकल्प हेतु आवश्यक विवरण — जैसे गोत्र, सम्मिलित परिवारजनों के नाम, तथा जहाँ अनुष्ठान हेतु आवश्यक हो वहाँ जन्म विवरण — अतिरिक्त रूप से माँगे जाते हैं। इनका उपयोग केवल अनुष्ठान की सही विधि हेतु होता है।

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as reasonably needed to follow up, and are then deleted. Records relating to a completed puja are kept for our own reference and for any applicable legal or accounting requirement. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us and limit access to those who need it.
